The City's Capital Improvement Program (CIP) provides the construction, improvement and maintenance of various public facilities. The two major phases of each Capital Improvement Project are pre-construction and construction. The City of Laguna Niguel recognizes the importance of carefully considering which projects are necessary to implement each year so that the community may benefit, both now and in the future.

The dashboard provides key project details such as location, description, schedule, status, and funding information. Users can filter projects by type or phase and use the search feature to identify projects near a specific address. The CIP Dashboard will be updated regularly to reflect the most current project information and progress.
