- Energy Assessment Study
Public Works commenced an Energy Assessment Study with a consultant to identify potential energy saving measures and to upgrade citywide energy, building, and water infrastructure that will provide sustained revenue enhancement, technology advancement, and reduce operational costs.
The Energy Assessment will evaluate the City’s infrastructure and equipment for potential energy efficiency (electricity and natural gas) and water conservation measures, energy generation and storage options, and vehicle electrification that would reduce City energy usage and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
