A transportation permit is required when movement of vehicles and/or loads exceeding statutory limitations on the length, width, height and weight of vehicles as contained in Division 15 of the California Vehicle Code.
To obtain a transportation or haul permit, please apply and pay using the City of Laguna Niguel Online Permit Center.
Permits will be issued through your City of Laguna Niguel Online Permit Center account.
