Sea Country Senior and Community Center

The Sea Country Senior and Community Center is a beautiful 25,000 square foot multi-use facility that features two ballrooms, two kitchens, two meeting rooms, and a courtyard. The facility is suitable for large events, wedding receptions, corporate meetings, trainings, and community events. The information below includes fees, rules and regulations, rental hours, and anticipated size of each rentable space to help you plan your event. 

Application Process

  1. Review the Square Footage, Room Capacities, & Rental Rates information.
  2. Review the Sea Country Senior & Community Center Facility Use Policy.
  3. Inquire about your event date by calling (949) 425-5151 or email us at rentals@cityoflagunaniguel.org
  4. Complete the Facility Rental Application. Please note, facilities are rented on a first come, first serve basis. Submission of form does not guarantee rental.
  5. Upon approval of application, 50% of the rental fee is required to reserve the date.
