Community Preservation

The Community Development Department aims to provide the highest standard of development to preserve the health, safety, general welfare and quality of life for all people who live, work and visit Laguna Niguel. To maintain the character of the community, the Community Development Department is responsible for Annual Weed Abatement, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), and HOA Outreach programs.
