Parking Permits

The City implements, maintains, and administers the permit parking districts for all communities in the City limits.

If you live in or have recently moved into a community where permit parking only signs are posted, you will need to obtain a Permit Parking Decal from the City. 

Note: Not every street or neighborhood requires permitted parking. You may not obtain a Parking Permit Decal for your street if your street is not listed on the City approved permit parking district.

Steps to Obtain a Permit Parking Decal


1. Complete the Permit Parking Request Form.


2. Email your completed Permit Parking Request Form with a copy of your most recent utility bill and proof that your vehicle(s) is registered to a property within the permit parking district to   pwadmin@cityoflagunaniguel.org.

3. Or, apply in-person by visiting the Public Works Department on the Second floor of City Hall during regular business hours.
