Best Management Practices for Residents and Businesses
A Best Management Practice (BMP), is defined by the EPA as a technique, measure or structural control that is used for a given set of conditions to manage the quantity and improve the quality of stormwater runoff in a cost effective manner. The provided BMPs do not represent a complete list but some of the most common ones that the residents and businesses should implement to protect our water quality.
