The scope of the Consultant is to provide crossing guard services for seventeen (17) pedestrian crossings at eight (8) schools of the Capistrano Unified School District. The eight school locations are shown in Exhibit “A” – City Map. Services include but are not limited to providing crossing guards to monitor, supervise, and assure the safety of school children and pedestrians who utilize street intersections and crosswalks to and from school.

The Consultant is to provide fully trained crossing guards for up to two (2) hours per guard for each location for a total of 180 days per year, with services decreasing or increasing contingent upon school schedules and City desires. The Consultant will manage the crossing guard services in coordination with the Laguna Niguel Public Works Department.
