Great Plates Delivered has officially launched for all of South Orange County. This program will provide 3 home-delivered meals a day to eligible seniors, 60+.

There are two ways for seniors to complete the application in order to determine eligibility:

1) Most Preferable! Visit and click on “Great Plates Delivered Program”. The completed form will immediately determine eligibility.

2) Least Preferable. If unable to complete the online application, please call (949) 382-6098, Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please note that individuals using the call center may experience extended wait times due to high call volumes.

Meal Deliveries - Meal Deliveries started on Monday, May 18th, to every eligible senior that has completed the application. Thereafter, the cut-off for any particular day will be 3:00 p.m. PST in order to receive meals 48 hours later. For example: An eligible senior who successfully completes their application by 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 16th, would begin receiving their three meals Tuesday, May, 19th. If a senior successfully completed their application by 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 17th, they would begin receiving their three meals per day Wednesday, May 20th, etc. Note: Once a qualified person is enrolled in the program, they will remain in the program until: 1) The GPD program expires; or 2) The individual opts out; or 3) The individual misses two meal delivery attempts.

Disqualifying Factors - Note that seniors cannot discontinue the Older Americans Act meals (Grab & Go Meals or Home-Delivered Meals) in order to join this GPD program. If they have accessed those programs or used CalFresh or other federal programs in the last 30 days, they cannot participate in the Great Plates Delivered program. Seniors participating in other nutrition programs using CDBG funds will also be ineligible for the Great Plates Delivered (GPD) program as those funds are federal funds. Please look at the Age Well website qualifications and detailed information concerning the GPD program.

Interested Restaurants/Meal Providers - Interested Restaurants/Meal providers need to complete the online State form at:
