New Council Officially Sworn In!

New City Council Sworn In

At the December 4th City Council meeting, our new Council was officially sworn in! Congratulations to Council Members Elaine Gennawey, Fred Minagar, and Sandy Rains. The Council also selected John Mark Jennings as Mayor and Laurie Davies as Mayor Pro Tem.

The Laguna Niguel City Council meets on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. at City Hall in the Council Chambers.

New Trees to be planted on Crown Valley Parkway & Niguel Road

The City will be planting over 285 trees on Crown Valley Parkway and Niguel Road. The newly planted trees will be located in the same location as the previous trees.

They were removed due to safety reasons, traffic collisions, insect infestations or natural causes. The work is scheduled to begin in mid-October and be completed in mid-January.

The City of Laguna Niguel proudly presents the Junior Civic Workshops, a monthly educational series for 6th to 8th graders created and organized by Mayor Elaine Gennawey.

This free program gives middle school students the opportunity to learn about and participate in their local government while earning community service hours.

Laguna Niguel Recognized for Crown Valley Park Improvements
