Better Cities for Pets Program 

The BETTER CITIES FOR PETS™ program helps cities be pet-friendly so more people can enjoy the benefits of a life with pets. The program was created by Mars Petcare and includes guidelines for cities, an assessment tool, a city certification program, and free online resources. The City of Laguna Niguel has been a Certified City since 2019.
