Lunch Program

Age Well Senior Services, formerly South County Senior Services, is a non-profit organization located inside the center. Since 1975, Age Well has been providing critical services, resources, and programs to seniors living in South Orange County. Age Well Senior Services operates the Congregate Nutrition Meal Program and the Home Delivered Meal Program which are available to seniors 60+ years of age or older on a donation basis.

Congregate Nutrition Meal Program

Lunch is served every Monday-Friday at 11:45am at the Sea Country Center. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday there is a warm lunch served to participants who join us. Also, every Tuesday and Thursday a cold boxed lunch is served. All meals are at Sea Country Center starting at 11:45am until supplies run out or 1:30pm. A suggested donation of $4.50 is requested, although no one is turned away for inability to pay. For more information, call our on-site Age Well nutrition coordinator at (949) 362-2807.

Home Delivered Meals

Meals on Wheels focuses on caring for individuals, whose diminished mobility makes it hard to shop for food, prepare meals or socialize with others. Generally programs serve adults 60 and over, although age requirements can vary by program and areas served. Each delivery consists of a ready-to-eat meal, a hot lunch, a cold dinner, and a cold breakfast for the next morning. Meals are prepared in the kitchens of their contracted caterers. Meals on Wheels can be provided during short-term convalescence or long-term disability. A suggested donation of $7.50 is requested. For more information, call our on-site Age Well nutrition coordinator at (949) 362-2807.

Volunteers Needed

Meals on Wheels volunteers touch the lives of seniors through time and service. Make a difference by brightening their day, showing them that people care, and by helping them feel in touch. Volunteers are essential in providing caring and compassion to seniors in need of nutrition assistance. For more information, call our on-site Age Well nutrition coordinator at (949) 362-2807.
