Age Well Senior Services is a non-profit organization that provides services at the Center. A Congregate Nutrition Meal Program and a Home Delivered Meal Program are available to seniors ages 60+ on a donation basis. The Lunch and Home delivered Meals programs are operated by Age Well Senior Services.
Congregate Nutrition Meal Program
Provided by Age Well Senior Services, the Congregate Nutrition Meal Program is available at Sea Country at 11:45 a.m., offering a hot lunch on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays or cold boxed lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays. A suggested donation of $4.50 is requested, though no one is turned away for inability to pay. Reservations are encouraged, but not required. For more information, call our on-site Age Well nutrition coordinator at (949) 362-2807.
Home Delivered Meals
Age Well Senior Services provides a Home Delivered Meals Program to individuals 60 years of age and older, who are living at home and unable to prepare their own meals or go out to eat, and have little or no assistance to obtain adequate meals. Each delivery consists of a ready-to-eat meal, a hot lunch, a cold dinner, and a cold breakfast for the next morning. Meals are prepared in the kitchens of their contracted caterers. Meals-on-Wheels can be provided during short-term convalescence or long-term disability. A suggested donation of $7.50 is requested.
Volunteers deliver meals to homebound seniors, Monday through Friday. Please contact (949) 362-2807 for more information, to enroll, or to volunteer.
