City Hall Audio-Visual Equipment Upgrade

Project Description: 

This project seeks to upgrade the audio-visual equipment at City Hall in the City Council Chambers and Community Room. The new audio-visual presentation equipment will improve communication in support of live public meetings and ensure video streaming of the meetings is available for the community. This project is eligible for the use of American Rescue Plan funds because it addresses the negative impact of COVID-19 and supports technology infrastructure. City Council Chambers will be closed during construction and meetings will be temporarily relocated December 2022 - March 2023.

• Current Status: Construction is currently 95% complete.
