Phase 2 of the Residential Annual Resurfacing Program (Slurry Seal Application) is now complete. 

Any further slurry repairs will be done under warranty in Spring 2026.

Program Description

The Residential Annual Resurfacing Program is the maintenance of Citywide residential roadways per the Pavement Management Program

Residential Annual Resurfacing, helps the City preserve and extend the life of our roads. 

The program, commonly known as the "Slurry Sealconsists of two phases: Phase 1 and Phase 2. 

Minor roadway improvements such as crack sealing and asphalt patching occur in Phase 1. Phase 2 consists of the application of Type II slurry seal, which is a water-based, emulsified asphalt mixture. The added useful life of the rehabilitated roadway is 7 years.
