Laguna Niguel Transportation Program
Transportation applications are available online, by calling Sea Country Center at (949) 425-5151 or by picking one up at Sea Country Center's front desk. 

The City of Laguna Niguel provides transportation services to the Sea Country Senior and Community Center for Laguna Niguel residents age 60+. The route is to the Senior Center and home only. The City contracts with Age Well Senior Services to provide the transportation services and details are as follows:
  • Type of Service: Door-to-door service to attend activities at Sea Country and Community Center
  • Eligibility: Laguna Niguel residents only, age 60 years and over.

The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) provides transportation for people who are unable to use the regular Fixed Route Bus service because of a disability. Details are as follows:
  • To Apply: Must complete ACCESS application, be certified by OCTA to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) eligibility criteria. Applications are available at Sea Country Center’s front desk.
  • When: Monday – Friday, 5:00 am – 10:00 pm. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Services

Age Well Senior Services provides transportation to non-emergency medical appointments including therapy, dentistry, health education, prescription pick-ups testing, and x-rays. Details are as follows:
  • Eligibility: Must be 60+ and reside in Aliso Viejo, Capistrano Beach, Dana Point, Foothill Ranch, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Newport Beach, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente or San Juan Capistrano.
  • Cost: $2 per trip. (Limited to a max of 8 one way trips per month (or 4 roundtrips) with the exception of ongoing medical treatments such as chemotherapy, dialysis, radiation treatments and physical therapy.
  • When: Monday - Friday on an as-available basis. 7:00 am – 6:00 pm.
