Room rental rates are based on the type of group renting the facility as defined below:
Group I: Resident non-profit and governmental/community interest groups.
Resident non-profit organizations.
Public and private schools.
Thursday is Community Night dedicated to Group I organizations
Group II: Resident private parties.
Non-resident, non-profit organizations.
Resident homeowners’ associations.
Resident religious or commercial groups sponsoring a social activity.
Group III: Resident/non-resident commercial and/or professional
organizations conducting a meeting.
Non-resident private parties.
Non-resident religious or commercial groups sponsoring a social activity.
Non-resident homeowners’ associations.

Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 10:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Group I: $20/hour
Group II: $40/hour
